Client Challenge: Feasibility Stage
Quadro Hair Salon required a space that reflected a strong brand identity while meeting the practical demands of a busy, service-driven environment. The tenancy required substantial internal construction, new hydraulic services to multiple wash stations, upgraded electrical capacity for equipment, and custom joinery integration — all within an existing building shell.
Achieving a seamless customer journey from entry to styling stations and wash basins required careful spatial planning and early feasibility coordination to manage services, compliance and buildability.
Our Approach (Design Stage)
Through our design & construct process, we worked closely with the client to refine layout functionality and elevate the overall salon experience. Early contractor involvement allowed us to coordinate hydraulic rough-ins, electrical distribution and bespoke joinery detailing before construction commenced.
The design incorporated:
- Custom POS counter and feature stone finishes
- Integrated styling benches and wall shelving
- Back-of-house cabinetry and utility storage
- Premium vinyl flooring and suspended ceiling systems
- Screenwood battens to the shopfront entry portal
Detailed documentation and proactive trade coordination ensured a streamlined transition from design to delivery.
Delivery & Execution (Construct Stage)
Associated Projects delivered the salon as a fully coordinated commercial fit-out, managing structural framing, ceiling installations, electrical upgrades and hydraulic works in parallel with high-end joinery and stone detailing. Careful sequencing ensured wash stations, styling areas and custom fixtures aligned precisely with services infrastructure, resulting in a seamless build process and efficient transition to operational readiness.
