Brandon Park Medical Centre required a full medical fit-out delivered to a fixed program ahead of opening, with no tolerance for delays. The key challenge lay in coordinating overseas-manufactured joinery to meet Australian healthcare standards, quality expectations and strict delivery deadlines. Our Approach – Design Stage
Associated Projects adopted a structured design & construct process, working closely with the client to finalise layouts and detailed documentation early. Consultation rooms, treatment areas, reception and back-of-house spaces were designed to support efficient clinical workflows and future durability. Early contractor involvement allowed our team to provide buildability advice, resolve joinery detailing, and implement value management strategies within the medical fit-out design before fabrication commenced offshore.
Delivery & Execution – Construct Stage
The project was delivered through disciplined program control, overseas coordination and on-site quality assurance to ensure seamless installation.
