With over 70 years in construction, we deliver commercial projects that perform in the real world. Our Story
Associated Projects began in 1953 with a hands-on approach to building and a deep respect for craftsmanship. Our metalworking origins laid the foundations for a business built on capability, control, and long-term relationships.
As our clients’ needs evolved, so did we. In 1997, we became a fully integrated commercial construction and fit-out business. In 2003, we strengthened our delivery model with a purpose-built fabrication facility in Dandenong South, giving us greater control over quality, timelines, and outcomes.
Today, we deliver projects across Australia in Education, Child Care, Retail, Hospitality, Government, and Commercial sectors. While our scale and expertise have grown, the way we work hasn’t changed. Guided by our core values: Effectiveness, Dedication, Partnership, Empowerment, and Relationship, we remain committed to building things properly, from the inside out.
