Client Challenge: Feasibility Stage

Retail Apparel Group engaged Associated Projects to deliver a new Tarocash store at Knox City Shopping Centre, the first in what would become an ongoing national partnership. The project presented multiple retail fit-out feasibility challenges, including complex existing services, restrictive ceiling heights, and merging two tenancies with differing floor levels.

Our early feasibility planning and constructability reviews allowed us to resolve site constraints while ensuring the design intent could be achieved within the tight, four-week program.
